products to serve a wide variety of applications. Our Washougal, Washington plant produces sapphire substrates for LED production and doped YAG crystals, ruby and Ti:Sapphire for solid state laser applications. Our France facilities near Paris (Nemours) and Grenoble manufacture monochromating crystals and garnets. Our Solon, Ohio facility grows our UV, visible and infrared transmission optics. Our Milford, New Hampshire plant grows sapphire by Edge-Defined Film Fed Growth. In addition, these businesses have recognizable and well-respected brands that are prominent in crystal growth and photonics
most notably Harshaw, Bicron®, Crystal Products, Saphikon® and
Crismatec™.
